Neighborhood Volunteers Create Pocket park from Eyesore in Fairfield near Starcrest and Loop 410

Volunteers work on the small, neighborhood park they’ve created in the Fairfield on the North Side. Called Highcliff Island, the park has a Little Free Library, a picnic table and landscaping.
